Group Fitness

Join our dynamic group fitness classes and experience the energy of training in a community of like-minded individuals. Our carefully crafted classes cater to all fitness levels, from beginners to advanced, ensuring an inclusive and challenging workout for everyone.

Each class combines boxing techniques, cardio exercises, plyometrics and strength training to deliver a high-intensity, fun-filled session that will leave you feeling invigorated.

Our membership includes access to any and all of our Group Fitness classes.

Junior Boxing

New to the Rumble Room is our children’s fitness academy, with classes for Little Champions (ages 5 to 9) and Impact Warriors (ages 10 to 15). These Saturday sessions are a unique blend of boxing and fitness drills, taught in a fun and age-appropriate way.

Rumble with Abs

Get ready to unleash your core strength with explosive boxing combos, core work and a deep abs burn. Train at your own pace.

Belt it out with Andrew

This is a high- energy boxing class where you’ll dive into the fundamentals of the sport from the ground up. From mastering the basics of the jab, cross and hook to undergoing defensive manoeuvres. This jam-packed session ensures you leave with a solid foundation in boxing. Get ready to sweat, learn and unleash your inner fighter.

Focus On Pads with Adz

Boost your workout with partner-focused training for ultimate results. Enhance your strength and coordination with boxing combinations, drills and footwork.

Gravity Control

Defy gravity and focus on core stability and balance in this dynamic group fitness class using fitness balls.

Above and Beyond Boxing

Take your boxing skills above and beyond in this high-intensity class perfect for boxers to work on longer combinations and drills.

Fists of Fury

A quick 30-minute cardio boxing circuit designed to tone your arms and give you a full body blast.

Code Red Boxing

Elevate your fitness with our high-energy Boxing Class. Enhance cardio, muscular endurance and burn calories in this dynamic workout experience.

Made Of Muscle

Take your fitness to the next level with this weights and boxing combination class. Mix 3 minute boxing combo intervals with weight training. Focus on an alternate muscle group each week.

No Mercy Bootcamp

Get ready to push your limits with this whole body bootcamp. Not for the faint hearted, you’ll be pushing yourself to the extreme.
