We ensure our Group Fitness classes have a Trainer to each 10 participants, meaning they can provide you the support and guidance to push you to your limits and ensure you have the correct technique!
The classes are all safe, inclusive and fun!
We offer a range of different classes including:
Functional Boxing – A Boxing class where we incorporate fundamental boxing techniques with full body exercises.

HIIT Boxing – A combination of high intensity exercises and short sharp punch combinations on the bags.
What will you gain: Burn fat and increasing cardiovascular fitness.
Abs and Boxing – A Boxing circuit that focuses on core and arms throughout the class.
What will you gain: We will teach you to properly engage your abdominal muscles as well as increase your core strength and endurance.
HIIT Strength and Boxing – A high intensity full body work out combining strength training and boxing.
What will you gain: Improve your overall energy levels for your every day activities.
The Lifter’s Workshop – Personal Training in a group setting about technique and execution of all the lifts.
What will you gain: Learn mobility, set up at execution of the big lifts. Learn to lift like a pro.
Virtual Spin – Whether you are looking to ride for fitness or train for the tour you will find a spin class that meets your every desire.
What you will gain: Improve your cardiovascular fitness, strength and endurance with this low impact interval training.
